ROOSHW, you've just illustrated what I was afraid might happen... I hope your repairs hold, but I'll stick to the plan of making a lead set that just raises the wing without modifying the incidence angle.

Might be a bit tricky to get right, but once it's set it shouldn't be too much trouble. Plus, like John said above, it offers interesting opportunities to modify the CG. I was wondering if using the bottom of the jig as a mold would work. I'm just afraid the material won't hold up to the temperature of molten lead. So I'll just make an imprint into clay or sand and use that instead.
