Some more progress on the motor mount, see picture texts.
Sorry for the poor image quality, again I only had my phone camera at hand...
Weight of the cowl as it is right now is 460 gr. So I have added 190 gr and will need 4 pcs 25 mm long stand off's to final the motor mounting.
The 375 gr of motor dome is not needed any longer. If I had used it, I've had to add about 150 mm long stand off's or so.
I think the weight saving is well over 200 gr.

The former now lightened.
Will use the original 5 fix points for the dome but stay with M5 instead of M6. M5 x 5 = 4,4 ton to yield...so why M6???
Pre-glued motor plate. The plate is a laminate of 1 mm CFK + 3 mm ply + 1 mm CFK. Strong!
From the front like this. Some glue traces from gauges I used to align it to about 2° right thrust.
Fixing of the plate seen from inside. Heavy carbon fabric and some rowings. All corners filled up with epoxi+moulded carbon fibre before applying the fabric.
