Ready for MONOKOTE:

We are heading into the home stretch getting this bird ready to fly. All the parts are finished ready for monokote. The ailerons were found to be too thin in relation to the finished wing sub-trailing edge, about 0.100". Leaving in this condition would have caused too much enduced drag on the wing. So i went ahead and skinned the bottom surface of the ailerons with 1/16" balsa sheet, sanded and blended to a clean trailing edge. All fixed now.

Individual part weight figures:

Vertical fin = 0.8 oz
Horizontal stab/elevator = 1.7 oz
Wing & ailerons = 23 oz
Fuselage = 9.5 oz
