MIA 4-BLADED MD500E - Taking Scale to a new plateu.

Ok I've been working on and off on this project using the MIA MD500E scale body, a new MIA G10 frame LG, alu skids. Walkera mechanics. I machined the 4 bladed rotor head from alu, blades are Walkera from the 4#3. The four blade rotor with the scale body and associated detailed bits and pieces provides not only ultra scale appearance but great stability wihout the need for a flybar stabilizer.

Control link phase angles are important and also proper rotor head dampening, blade tip weight and overal weight of helicopter. I am still tweaking this setup, but I am getting some great lift and head speed using all carbon brush motors with different than stock gear ratios.
