Help with a power system for a Super Falcon 120

I am going to convert a Super Falcon 120 to an electric pusher config. I have seen some threads on EDF but nothing really showed up in a search for a basic electric conversion.

I have narrowed it down to two likely power systems but I want to get some feedback on which would be the better path. I am not sure if I should go for more RPMs and a smaller prop or a little bigger diameter prop and lower RPMs. I think conventional wisdom is larger props are better from an efficiency viwpoint.

I expect to be in the 17-18lbs range RTF

The two power systems I am looking at are 10S based.

System 1:

Scorpion 4035-380 swinging a 12.5x10
Amps 69
Watts in 2400 and change
RPM 12700
Pitch speed 120mph
Static thrust 300 oz

System 2:

Scorpion 4035-460 swinging a 11x9
Amps 68
Watts in 2380
RPM 15500
Pitch Speed 133mph
Static thrust 285oz

I know these are "calculated" not measured performance numbers but with that in mind which way would you go? Most discussions seem to be based around 3d style power systems. I am looking for something geared to a decent speed in a sport style plane. I am going to use the Falcon as a "jet" trainer with retracts and flaps.
