Help with my first FPV set-up

Hey guys, been lurking for a bit and I want to try FPV out cause it looks awesome. Just wondering if some of you wouldn't mind helping me figure a good setup. My goal is to have a setup that would be good for a few km (3-5) distance-wise along with a good bit of endurance (1-2 hrs), and have good looking video (and audio probably too). If you guys could suggest upgrades and/or changes that would be great. I don't mind spending a little more for quality parts that will help with endurance or video. This will be my first RC plane.

So far in my to-order list I've got:
airframe: EZ* ARF version

Motor/esc/prop: was looking at a few but I'm not sure of what combo will give me best endurance?

battery main: 2200mAh LiPo
battery secondary: something around 600 mAh?

servos: HXT900 (side note- will I want/need ailerons?)

radio: spektrum DX7 and AR7000

goggles: fat shark RCV922 (I think I will want head tracking eventually, but I can upgrade to it and still use these I think?)

Video Tx: 900Mhz 500mW I have to use a 900MHz for video because my radio is using the 2.4Ghz, is that correct?

Video Rx: 900Mhz standard receiver

Camera: KX 191 or DX201 DPS? (two best cameras I think?)

Pan/tilt: EZ-pod kit

Also I'm not going to worry about recording the flights or getting an OSD just yet. So what do you guys think? Thanks for checking it out.
