I'm using 35 Mhz, but I don't think that receiver could cause this, I have tried different receivers, the problem is these Ino Lab servos. I attached a rubber band to keep the aileron intense, it helps a little, but doesn't eliminate it

Are the ailerons counter balanced? A simple mass balance (lead attached to an aileron tip plate, or on a wire angled down and/or above wing as per full size aircraft, so the aileron (elevator) is balanced, will not only reduce wear on servo and gear train, it will also eliminate most causes of flutter.
