Hi Mike, good to hear from you. Here are more pictures.

Time to cut the 1 oz Kevlar. I like using wax paper as template with a little mist of 3M 77 glue. These one are part of the leading edge composite fabric.
The Kevlar applied to a strip of 0.75 oz glass fabric, also backed by wax paper.
Checking the cutting layout. The white paper is the template for the fin which will be stretched. Have also the tempate for the wing tips.
All the 1 oz Kevlar cut for tail feathers and tips
Close up of the composite leading edge partially tacked.
Here the leading edge fabric has been completed. By the way remember to blow all the dust of the cores with an air compressor. I also vacuum clean them.
And the stab tip. Wanted to show it doesn't need to be extra pretty. You won't be able to see those Kevlar bumps after bagging.
Fin with the glass fabric facing at the hinge.
Checking weights with the facing glass. Target is 11.5 g
LE strip + facing + core should be 11.9 g. I'm 0.9 g over.
