The nice thing about having only X-tails in the hanger is that you don't have to try and figure out how to do elevator compensation, throttle, spoiler, and flap mixes on top of that odd ball V-tail mix. Most Tx manuals show all the trick things with a X-tail.
Yes, I know that Tx's have built in V-tail mixes, but all the fancy stuff has to be converted or kludged when working with a V-tail....even my highly programmable Multiplex EVO-9, so write me down in the list of the permanently converted.
If V-tails are so great, why doesn't Boeing use them?
