Simple math

3.6V(per cell) X 8 =28.8 watts

200 watts (max. output )/ 28.8= 6.9 Amps.

Electrics are all about math.

7.6 would be correct at start of charge when cells are at 3.3.

3.3X8=26.4
200/26.4=7.57
