        Help! Dead eLogger V3 ??? (led constat on)

Dead eLogger V3 ??? (led constat on)
 
Hi.

after my last flight today i connected the eLogger using the USB and after i got an error msg telling me there is no eLogger connected, I noticed the led is not blinking rather it is constantly on.

I tried on both my notebook and my desktop and the same thing.

checked the USB cable (using ohm meter), and all 4 pins are connected end to end.

is my eLogger dead (its 3 weeks old and I got really attached to it... :( )

Please advise.

EDIT:
another thing i noticed... when i connect the USB the eLogger gets warm.it looks OK, there are no burn signs or smell of smoked electronics.
I fly Trex600.

HI Lavi,

Sorry you had a problem. Is it possible that the eLogger's pins came into contact with high voltage? That can cause the type of failure you describe.

Regardless, can you email us at support@eagletreesystems.com, and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization)? We will have a look at it here.

only temp sensors where connected to the pins.

I already got RMA number and instructions.
