Next European Electric Jet events ?

I just left the Florida Jet meeting, and I saw soooo many nice jets ! :-)

Unfortunately.... only 1 or 2 EDF ! Mostly turbines :-(((

Therefore could you tell me when is the next EUROPEAN ELECTRIC Jet
meeting ? I will prefer next time to go to an Electric Jet event !

Thanks

Is Venray an Electric Jet Event?

I wouldn't expect there to be enough interest for an EDF-only event yet as EDF is pretty thin on the ground. Electric Flight Events do attract EDFs of course.

The Grenchen event in Switzerland seems to attract a good number of EDFs, and happens in May I think.

The EDF-meeting in Grenchen (Switzerland - is it Europe? ;) ;) ) takes place on 3 and 4 June. As I heard, its a must for everybody who likes EDF-jets.

LOL.... No, it's not!!! This way, we can deduct 16% MwSt. from every order from Germany... Is that cool, or what? :D

Best regards - Paco

Gardemin.. between Bern and Fribourg ? right ?

Hi,

no, it's about 30km north of Bern between Solothurn and Biel/Bienne.

http://map.search.ch/grenchen-so you should see the airfield in the lower right corner - the event is right next to the airfield. By the way, there is an original Starfighter as a decoration on the crossing next to the field.
Grenchen near Fribourg is a different town with the same name, more cows and less edfs there I guess :D

By the way, last year was great, many nice planes and I think this year there will be even more people around. It's not as overcrowded as other events, which is a good thing.

Regards,
Andi, who likes to deduct VAT too :D

Thankq Kudi for sending the invitations.

I intend to come with an Aeronault Panther (2 kg with 90mm Schubeller & 6s LiPos 4000 mA) and with an Aeronault RAfale (2,5 Kg with TWO 70 mm Schubelles & TWO 4s 3700 LiPos Paks). As a back up, I might bring over my "olf" Kyosho F16 energised by a Schubeller 70mm, Hacker brushless & Lipo (1 Kg sharp with 4s 3000 mA).

All 3 planes need to be bungee launched

Since I don'read German, can you tell me if there is a fee to pay per plane or per pilote ? Also, is there sole rules/flying degrees to comply to be able to fly the planes ? (May be you have an English version of the form)

Also, can you recommend a nice hotel where I can stay for the Week-End (phone N please)

Many thanks in advance
