Zoom 400, 'must do' Mods?

My Zoom 400 is on the way, are there any must do mods? Belt Drive, bearings, etc???

Here is my setup:

Shogun 400
JustGoFly 400DH BL motor w/9T pinion
CC Phoenix-25
HiTec HS-56 servos on cyclic/collective (3)
HiTec HS-50 on T/R
Berg 6 RX
JR G500T Gyro
TP 2100 3S Gen 1 packs
Deans Whip Ant.

Thanks

Just check your gear mesh's starting with the motor and main gear and work backwards, light weight paddle holders work well also. Other than that just check a few things over, the pin sticking out of the pitch slider needs a bit of CA to keep if from coming out. I also put a bit of CA on the swash to keep the bearing in place. You can use a MonoKoat heat gun to heat up the main gear and bend the gear out to widen the stance if you care to. Other that that just fly it.....

Sounds like a great setup Brian. That's the same setup I will be using on mine. I should have it together in a week.

Please post the throttle curve/pitch you use successfully for 3D with this setup.

How about some feed back on the JustGoFly 400DH BL motor w/9T pinion

Thanks

From what I have read it is a good motor. You need to set you ESC for a high pole count motor. curve of "My curve for 3D is 100, 75, 65, 75, 100"
