E-Flight BL Set-Ups?

How do the Park 370's perform, will they handle the draw of a 6.6:1 box and 3 lipos with a 12X6?

Thanks

Rich, the park brand are really Hi-Max with a different sticker, get the 4200 kv motor and you'll like it. Also the parks come with a mounting ring which mates to the gws gearbox, you dont have to ream the stock gearbox holes to get it to fit.

I got the 5400 KV (it's all the HS had), mounted on the plane with anything from a 10X4 to a 12X6 ,it's pulling real hard on a 3 cell lipo. It however gets hot hovering, hotter than a stock motor at 1/2 to 1/4 throttle. It's not as bad on a 2 cell, but I want the power to get out of trouble close in. The plane is only 12 oz. what do you think the best prop would be to keep it alive?

These motors are known for getting quite HOT. I would go with the 12x6 prop.

What do you think the amp draw is on the 12X6 with 3 cells?

My Himax 2015-4100 with that setup draws around 10A. But with your 5400 you will be drawing a bit more.
