What engines are you using in your TT nitro conversions.

I am starting this thread to find out what engines have been tried in the TT nitro conversions...

...and which ones had the best results?

OS FS-26C 4-Stroke.
Engine no longer made.
Custom parts and expensive retail car parts required.
If you only have one bike and you put one of these in it you won't be riding it for a while. :(
Maybe a bit heavy but that might end up being a good thing.
No results yet but it sounds cool on the bench so far. :o

Hi,
Mr Wicked the best results for engines seem to be oscv-x either 12 or 15.
I sold my old oscvx 12 to scaulfi..Cen head,slide carb..use either os 8 or 5 plug.
novarossi motors go like stink but the tunning window is quite small unlike os where you set the tune and you don't need to deviate from your tunning settings

Yeah!,... Just what Tezza said..! :D

The Rossi C12 motors that you can buy for the NF aren't really a good motor for using in the bikes, their a little too finickie to tune when the motor's on it's side!... :( But the OS seems to run reguardless of it's possition...

John (noviac), uses a Picco 12 i think, his seams to be running it without any probs...!!!! ;)

Shaun

Hey Shaun did you get my pm?
I had a thunder tiger 12 (still have it) that I ran in it, then moved up to the hpi nitro star 15. The nitro star never had an ounce of fuel in it. Now I am getting back to it.
