Type of event?

I will be making the drive up for this just to get away from the wife :)

Never been to an RC show. I am not sure what type of show this is, but will there be vendors setup selling? I would like to look around and maybe pick up a transmitter.

Bring money... have fun! There will be lots of vendors and they can fix you up with most anything you might need.
In case you hadn't seen it here is the link to the website for the event.

LOL, thanks!

Do the vendors at these events usually offer discounted prices, or is it just normal prices?

Seems trivial, but just curious.

Bring lots, lots and LOTS of money. The Vendors have some great prices. I have never gone to E-Fest without spending more than what my wife said I could. Never been able to do that.

PS, make sure there is lots of room on your CC's since you will most likely spend what cash you bring.

Sales !

I've neveZr been either and have been waiting to buya new dx8. However my friends that go yearly tell me that if you want to pick up something like a transmitter, you'll have to waituntilthe event is over. They tell me that those kinds of things only go at the end, and have been used for their demo flights and such. I hope they are wrong, I'm only going Saturday.

Vendors will have what you want for sale from opening the doors till they are ready to pack up and leave.

This is a good place to get stuff, unless you wait until Toledo show.

The factory people don't sell anything.
