I have had the same problem with 2 Hexas. I havent yet worked out exactly why as they are both working fine now but I susoect my radio rx is a possible cause. Are you able to try again but using a different radio and rx?

I dont think it is the radio because I have used exactly the same radio and model on another hexa with the same board, but I going to try tomorrow with an different radio ;) I come back with report ;)

One thing to check is the placement of each motor controller and the connections to the flight controller. If you put two out of place, it will still fly, but many other problems result.

Kind of like switching Plug wires on the car. you will have a bad Miss on at least 2 cylinders.

I found that if my gain settings are too low then I have yaw problems.
