I vote China based on the script above the word Departures on the signage to the lower left of the plane.

It's Hong Kong.
Technically it's, Chek Lap Kok Airport in Hong Kong

He is heading back from the PI and sent me this pic.
Interestingly enough there is a display not unlike this one in Tulsa at the airport.

Bit late, but I'll take a guess, Continental O200? Though im not sure if the valve pushrods were open (like a saito :p) or intergrated on the O200

Bingo! it IS an 0200. If there is interest I can post pictures of what it will be going into also...See if anyone can guess.

I'd love to know what it goes into, as far as I can remember, we had an O200 in our Cessna 150. And I believe there was a piper model with a T tail that used an O200. Also, there was an entire race class in Reno dedicated to the O200, the formula one I believe.
