Hello, greetings to all, I want to make a note of warning about the bad service and what I think personally a scam, and I say this because after three months and several emails. requesting explanations have not received any communication, so I think it is important to know that this can happen. RCPLANS SENT ME NO PLANS MODELS, amounting to 40 EURO

If your talking about RCM Plan Service I know they're behind.
Yheir computer went down and i finally got my plans after i called them and told them about not recieving the plans.
You may have to call them on the phone as well.

it took me right at 3 months to get my plans !! My first order also !! the plans guide was a joke compared to the old ones & I never could get them to answer the phone !! Never again !!

What's the phone number? I ordered a set of plans at the end of September and have not seen them yet.

I ordered my plans on September 25th and recieved them on December 11th. I called and called until the kind women finally answered the phone, she said there server was hacked, attacked or something and they lost a lot of info. Keep calling, they will send you what you paid for and the drawings are of good quality. She will also send you a few extra goodies which, like me, you may choose to toss in the trash...except for the $5 off coupon for my next non-existent order, found the same drawings elsewhere for less $$$.

That's not good....

I ordered on Dec 5, and DID receive a confirmation via email immediately.
Did others receive that confirmation, and still not get their plans, or did they never get a confirmation.
I don't mind the wait, but I want to get what I paid for...

They won't respond to a voice mail, you have to continue calling until she answers. I recieved an order confirmation via email the day after I ordered but still didn't receive for almost three months. Beware, when you do talk to someone they will tell you "your order is shipping this week". It probably isn't!

I have heard/read several posts about the bad service from RCM plans service, but I have had good luck with them, with the exception of them responding to emails. I tried for quite a while to get some information by email with no response, but I called late November/early December and the kind lady answered the phone and took my info and appologized for the problems with the email...I got the books I ordered within a week or so and the plans I ordered within a couple weeks.

And I'm still left holding the bag with a total of SIX WEEKS, and no emails or calls, and especially NO PLANS.
I'm really pissed off, to be quite honest.
Regardless of what the excuse is, its just not OK to handle business this way.

It sounds like they have issues.

I don't see that anyone has cancelled their payment via PP or credit card. Why? I would think 4 weeks would have been long enough for them to either respond, send the product, or issue a refund.
