I'm building one now
with a DLE 30 and a pitts muffler .

A Can muffler will fit but I would go with the DLE-35RA as you do not have much room for the DLE 30 header in the cowl .
The Peak model comes with cf landing gear.

I may have taught them something a while back?

They sent me a 30cc Yak, and the canopy was messed up. I contacted them and ask about a replacement. He strung me along for a few weeks, eventually telling me he couldn't get one, and that the damage wouldn't keep the plane from flying nicely anyway?

So I contacted the credit card company and told them the plane had been delivered with a defect, and that though I tried to settle it with the seller, we were not able to come to terms. The credit card company asked me to return it - and I replied that would cost a hundred dollars! They were good with that - and credited my account the full purchase price even though I still had the plane. (Cool!) Then, a couple weeks later, the Team owner emails me and asked what it would take to satisfy me?

I told them I had their plane, and my money. I was pretty content just the way I was!

Still have the plane - just needs a canopy!

Since this, I found this guy is simply a reseller for SDS Hobby - who are all too happy to sell direct to anyone contacting them - usually at a price much less than Team is asking.

Team is in Australia. Ever wonder why everything he sells ships out of China? Team is likely nothing more than a guy with a computer set up in his bedroom... When he gets an order he forwards it to SDS and they ship it wherever he tells them to.

Well I did start a PayPal dispute and things started from there
They asked me if I could fix it
Take it to be fixed and they would pay
Blah blah
Just pissed me off
Told them I paid for an undamaged plane and that I would contact PayPal
Once I started action they sent me a cowl so I guess you have to kick and scream first
