Is Hobbypartz still operating?
 
Hello! Anybody home? Hobby parts?
My order was placed more 10 days. Not a piece of information, no any notice, no order status update, no one answer the phone for 40 mins on service line, no one response the online ticket, but money has been taken is this company still operating?

Finally have my order cancelled. But, again, no notice about cancellation sent out. They said it should be sent out in 1-2 days. Well...let me see how long exactly they will start the process this time. Maybe another couple weeks.
It's really a crap.

While she is checking your order, why not check out Hobby Partz's rating with the City of Industry Better Business Bureau? It might explain why your order and money went "POOF!!!!"

Interesting... Seems like they haven't stocked inventory in a while either. They barely have any lipos and what was said would be in stock soon hasn't changed. I think I will have to purchase elsewhere until I can see how things work out

It's been six days since the date order got cancelled. They promised to send the cancellation confirmation email in 1-2 business day.
Are they close for X'mas holiday already??
It's gone for a month to deal with Hobbypartz for this order.

Never never to buy any stuff from the this crap store.

I really hate to see all of these problems with Hobby Partz. Guys (and gals), do yourself a favor. Investigate before you invest. Here is the Better Business review on Hobby Partz. It doesn't get any clearer than this. The company has an "F" rating.

This is an interesting thread. I have ordered from Hobbypartz.com in the past and had good service with no issues.
