Looking to buy

Hi everyone,
I'm looking to buy a jet pump system to power my 53 inch boat. Used is okay as long as it's in good running order. I live in Northeast Indiana and willing to drive for a good deal. I prefer jet drive but if you have a different system to power it I would be willing to look at it.
Thanks Happy Holidays

Do you prefer gas, nitro or electric? Where will you run the boat, that may determine the power system you are allowed to use. What is your budget? Not many jet drives available for a boat that size.

Hi ZOZER,
Gas or electric is the way I would rather go.I don't have to worry about where I'm going to run have a private lake to use. The boat is made for jet pump so I would like to do that. If I can find the right system Budget is 150.00-200.00

Thanks for the response

$150-$200 including motor/engine? Most bigger drives are going to be much more than that alone.

Just saw this in the classifieds. Price is about right.

150.00-200.00 just for the jet drive... used is fine if it's in good condition

Thanks

Here's three options, not sure how easy finding a used one will be though.

Reviews for the HK one are pretty good. Didn't know they sold that.

Let us know how it goes. Pics or even Video!

The HK one looks like a copy of the MHZ one, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

This is closer to the budget, but it's a bit small, at 40mm.

I don't think 40mm will push a 50" boat at all.

wparsons.. how about two 40mm units with brushless motors
found some is South Africa Banjee jet pumps
Thanks

The kehrer unit is good . Jet boats are limited in top speed anyway . My boat after about 20mph lifts the intake out some and it wont go any faster:rolleyes:

For me the bang for the buck is just not there . Even the cheap plastic boats are just as fast or faster . A club member had one and it was a fun boat , he'd run it in an inch of water , over rocks , it would go any where .
