Sorry Mike. Tilted Kilt no longer allows anyone named Mike in the door. Glad to bring a beer out to the parking lot for you.

One Day Event Fee

I'm over in San Diego and probably would participate one day due to other commitments. Do you have a one day entrance fee? I can bring my Superman, Supergirl and large foamie Eindecker that were hits at the Big Jolt.

Hi Otto!

I can see how your aircraft were a hit a Big Jolt, they would certainly be a hit at the AEF as well. We do not have a one day entrance fee for registered pilots, if you register as a pilot (which includes parking as well as the pilot's raffle), it is for the duration of the four days. We do however have a one day entrance fee for spectators ($6 parking fee). If you enter as a spectator, you could certainly show off your aircraft, but you would not be able to fly them unless you register as a pilot.

Thanx for the prompt reply. I had the same issue with the Big Jolt. It use to be these events had a one day option but I'm and oldtimer and I guess must adjust to the times.

Come on out on Saturday. That's the day of the raffle. Your prize will pay for your entrance fee.

Love to see the Superman in person.

Hey Otto. Let me know if you do head over to AEF. I'll see if I can arrange to be there the same time as you.

Can I use the E-Fest logo on my site as a link to the info? I know you always say yes but I always ask. Thanks Mike

Will FPV be allowed?

Hey Scott, the more the marrier. I assume FPV would be allowed and that we could downlink the FPV transmission to a flatscreen for the crowd, like Treggon and I have done at Float Flys. Maybe Treggon would bring his trailer with the setup. I have to figure out if I'm going though.
