"The occupation has opened the gates of hell on itself," Hamas' armed wing said following the targeted killing of its commander.

Itself refers to Occupation (the Jews)

Thanks for the post....one comment is that "you can only kick a dog so many times before he turns around and bites you."

So did this latest cowardly attack restore the credibility that Israel lost when it withdrew from Lebanon with its tail between its legs? I think its reputation is forever destroyed, and no amount of atrocities it commits will give it back its aura of invincibility.

Like I said before, Israel chooses to eliminate the leaders it should be negotiating at the table with, and here's the clear proof.

So ... I'm wondering at what point will Hamas come to the US to tell us to call off Israel? Personally, I think we should just let tell both parties that they are on their own, and walk away.

Our President does it with drones, these guys do it with precision strikes....all the same to me.

Invincibility is based on over 300 nukes.
Did you forget that Israel has suffered many rocket attacks the past month?
Those in Gaza live under their own rule, they didn't have to attack their neighbor, Israel.
I doubt the head of Hamas military wing would meet with any Jews.

Considering Hamas hides behind human shields, and has been recently upping the attacks on Israeli civilians. need links?

This was well deserved, and Hamas had it coming.

And that would be wrong as Israel is our friend and ally. Do you abandon your friends when the going gets tuff?

Then you would see no need for self defense, eh?

I suppose Hamas has to be willing to come to the negotiating table and sit down with Israelis.

looks like Egypt wants to become a state sponsor of terrorism now:

"Today, Egypt’s Freedom and Justice Party, the political wing of the Muslim Brotherhood – a party formerly headed by current President Mohammed Morsi – announced that Egypt would get involved if Israel continued to kill terrorists in the Gaza Strip."

But of course the Israelis prefer to be cowards and murder the Hamas leader, so there can be nobody left to negotiate with excepting corrupt traitors like Mahmoud Abbas (and Yasser Arafat before they poisoned him)!

I thought I demonstrated to you that it was Israel that broke the ceasefire, and if they had truly been wanting to make peace, they would not have broken this ceasefire...

Wow that propaganda catapulted in your direction by Israel must be very strong, for it makes you forget so soon!

Humans who elected Hamas, shield them voluntarily. So it is human shields who hide Hamas, not Hamas which hides behind human shields.

It is Israeli troops who use civilians as human shields.

But it was started by Israel when they killed Ahmad Nabhani, a Palestinian civilian.

http://antiwar.com/blog/2012/11/11/i...ho-started-it/

http://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/06/wo...nt&tntemail0=y

Palestinians responded to Israel's killing of a civilian by attacking an Israeli military target, injuring four soldiers. Israel responded to that by killing more Palestinian civilians, including children. Here are some of the survivors of Israel's terrorist attack on defenseless civilians.

Israel attacks on al-Shoja'iya, Gaza. 4 Palestinian civilians killed, 38 injured 11/11/2012 (12 min 56 sec)

It was then, that Hamas finally responded by firing rockets into Israel.

Do you really expect Hamas to take the killing of Palestinian civilians ''up the ...'' and do nothing?

Dusty
