Either one will be an excellent choice.

The Super AvA is a big mother ... you will definitely need ballast capability for this one if you fly where the wind blows more than 5 mph.

You may also want to consider the Hyper AVA, which is the 4m version. Hyperflight in the UK sells them for less than the Super version. Good bang for the buck. I never ballast mine and have done well in contests with 10-15 mph winds.

I have timed for Randy many flights when he has flown his Hyper and I can tell you it has real legs and lands remarkably well for such a big plane with only spoilers. Or is that pilot skill? ;)
