I never thought I end up with this 90mm foamy, never liked the model but for $129-on special, I thought it was a great deal to hot it up. J.

you will love this jet, great flier, slows down slow for great high alpha landings.

I made up 100mm long thrust tube sleeved over the shroud and tapered from 90 down to 76mm to get the best out of my power system, J.

Hi Guys, the weather is going nuts, almost summer here but it's snowing all aver the country! The coldest October I ever remember, where is the "GLOBAL WARMING?"
Time to build models, J.

Being stuck now, while waiting for some components to arrive. New accsess made up for ESC and reinforcing some parts of the fuse. Also checked up for the first time my CofG as fully loaded using 8 and 10S/4000 set of batteries, working all very well with my new larger battery base, J.

760 grams, empty airframe, should be well over one to one power to weight ratio, J.

Elevon controls are fully hooked up using good MG servos with minimal push rods length for precize movement. No idea who designed these huge Elevon moving tabs!? Half the size would be more then enough for this size of model. Reminds me more of the controls on my large 3D gassers.
Wing covers were badly warped, some surgery and light filler fixed that. Main landing gear is next, before I design my nose steering mechanism to get some positive angle of atack, J.

Landing gear is fully complete, waiting for ESC to test few different power systems inside of the model before full completion, J.

Finishing off the nose gear while using bits and pieces. With the heavy load of batteries in the nose I'm beefing it up, also fitting in the rear brace.. "Note" the foam cut out area behind the wheel, this is another weak spot that must be reinforced! With the hotted up models the wing could easilly rip out as there is no structual support in there, just a thin layer of foam. Currently taking bit of break from my built while prepearing my foamy monsters for the Jet Meet in QLD, J.
