Ellwood Bluffs, Santa Barbara, Ca.

This little 17 gram camera doesn't bother my little Weasel at all!

How did you edit out the time stamp on the lower right corner?

#4 rstein9 Aug 10, 2012 09:46 AM

there is software for that
I downloaded a program from rc groups.....when you order the camera they send you all these links.

All the options are listed and you just change what you want.....the only thing I changed was to eliminate the time stamp....don't need or want it.

I ordered my camera over a year ago the info must have been added after that. I'll search the the spy cam forum.
By the way Herb I'm the one who lost the Radian at Ellwood last year, and you were one of the guys helping me search the sky for it, we never saw it again. (I guess my user name fits the bill”NE1C iT” I rode around for 3hr and put 10 miles on my bike and couldn't find it. My friend found it 3 months later on the North/East area of the property in some heavy brush. The nose broke (easy fix) and everything else was in good shape. He also found the spy cam in the grass a couple of feet away. The video was kinda uneventful but was interesting to see. I’m not sure exactly how to post it but I’ll work on it.
Thx for the info.

For those interested in this camera, see this thread
I have the first version and the setup software is great. You can flip the video before its filmed even allowing for upside down mounting without having to flip it back in an editor.

My question Herb, is that the new wide angle lens? The quality was great as was the location.:)

That is the 120 degree lens.....very nice little unit.

Thanks, I may need to pick one up. I replaced the original one once due to it failing after a minor crash with another of the same type. I do prefer the wide angle for the flight camera. Hat cameras seem better with the normal width. Since I often do both, I should just get a second camera? Hmmm. :)
