I was breathing fumes and corian dust when I wrote that. You gonna put one of effux's fans in there?

Yea,thinking of going that way.....:)

I am going for thrust more than speed, plus I like the sound and reliability of those fans.:)

Joe,
I video'd a customers Habu 2 flying today. It has the Mach ALL ALLOY 70mm with the MEGA 16/40/1 on 5s.
The video is still in the camera, and I hope to get to it tonite to make the movie and upload..........after I come in from putting MY Habu 2 demo jet together. :p

The exhaust on that jet is 2 3/8" dia. Waaaay to big for speed, but great for thrust.
I plan on flying mine so it won't be too fast. :p

Mine's done and ready for programming. All box stock. (except for changing the battery connector to our standard, 6mm bullets)

This will give me a chance to get a proper, level, upwind/downwind radar speed on the stock unit.
Then I'll go back and add flaps, retracts full gear doors, a proper thrust tube, and some fast power.

For you guys looking for more speed (at the expense of some thrust) right off the bat, for little cost. put a mylar thrust tube in it with a 2.1" dia outlet. But check your amps. You may take you beyond the limits of the stock E-FLite 70A ESC.
The first upgrade you guys might consider is a Castle ICE 100, which should be fine for many of the "semi hot", faster setups.

E-Flite did a great job on this one too. It went together, per the manual, very quickly and smoothly. :)
