Multiplex FunJet -- $125 local pickup!

5 Attachment(s)
I am behind with bills so I am selling this Multiplex Funjet at a GREAT price:

MP Fun Jet: $69.95 (Sureflite)
ARC 28-37-2.5: $54.95 (Sureflite)
2X HS-65: 25.99 x2: $52.00 (Tower Hobbies)
CC Phoenix 35 ESC: $84.99 (Tower Hobbies)
Flight Power 3S 2200 25C Lipo: $69.99 (Tower Hobbies)
Peripherals: 18” servo extension wires;Testor’s paint (Kawasaki green & bright orange), motor mount allen screws, 5.75x5.75 prop & 2.5mm prop adapter, extra 6 x 4 prop
AR7000 Rx: (Todd’s Models)... now in my Banana sailplane

Total invested: $331.88 (excludes peripherals & receiver)

Obsessive build – all elapor extrusion dots sanded smooth, extra carbon rod inserted within MP fiberglass spar for added stiffness, CG & motor angle/axis are dialed in – RTF minus rx (I used a Spektrum AR7000 and HIGHLY recommend 2.4 GHz for any electric due to 72MHz radio interference around high current wires; no servo chatter). I built two other FunJets for friends before this; this build and setup came out on top … the adjustable motor angle turned out to be ‘spot on’ during maiden launch and no trim was required as the CG was right where it should be (denoted by line on underside of model). It has been flown six times and is a bolt of adrenalin; give it full throttle and it goes right where you point it! Easily visible and most aerobatic jet-like maneuvers are possible … Cuban 8’s, Immelmann & Split S rolls off the top, outside & inside loop, axial rolls, etc. There is unlimited vertical performance with this setup!

That's nice!

Thanks for commenting. I am going to include two extra 3S 2100mAh 15C lipo batteries made by APEX ... this is in addition to the Flight Power 3S 2200 25C Lipo for a total of three batteries :) I also have extra propellers of various sizes depending on the thrust desired.

Still up for grabs! Maybe I will go to the Sea World field tomorrow & fly her :) I'm sure someone would gladly pay $125 after seeing this perform!
