Aerobeez 30% Slick 540 Build Thread

I have been flying the Aerobeez 26% Yak 55m all winter, and I am having a blast with it. I decided to try their 50cc Slick 540. It came in one big box and everything was in good shape. Aerobeez's website is http://www.aerobeez.com/

It has a tunnel for a canister muffler or tuned pipe.

I mounted the landing gear first.

Both the gear and tailwheel bracket are Carbon Fiber.

Next Up: Installing the composite control horns.

Control horns installed on the rudder. I used 30 min epoxy for the control horns and hinges.
