Hi SidneyW,

Some questions regarding nomenclature. When you say 0.05-degrees (0.8 milliradians) control accuracy, do you really mean the servo and gearing's (or other drive reduction) effective step resolution, or do you mean the gimbal's pointing accuracy as a repeatable function, or do you mean the gimbal's jitter stability?

Thanks,
Dan

I would want a better setup than the stock F550 for this. Its not gonna lift this plus LG plus a heavy camera

Ok, still donīt get it, maybe somebody could enlighten me.
I can preorder this thing 10 March to 10 April directly from DJI but i have to deal with VAT and
taxes, or i wait until 11 April and order from a dealer who already had this included which would drop down the savings.
What about spare parts it i crash, sent it back to China or will DJI educate their dealer to
handle this?

where are the pictures of the gimabll itself? no HD pictures anywhere yetŋ?

The VAT issue has been on going with European dealers and customers. I live in the U.S., we also have to deal with import taxes; sales taxes (eventually) and to an extend certain on-line purchases already charge State Sales tax alone as high as 10%.
Very likely, the gimbal will be replaced rather than repair with service parts after crash.

Unreal footage from the new DJI Zenmjuse gimbal

Looks like this is the pro version though and I am sure it will be big bucks.

Thats a realitvely old clip that appeared on an AP forum somewhere, forget where I saw it.
It must be a pre production version of the gimbal. The interesting thing about that video is at the beginning they make the claim there was no post stabilization.
I could be wrong but Im sure I remember the Pilot, who's name i believe started with Peter?, was talking about this video on the forum and mentioned what stabilization software he used.

I will try and hunt down the forum posting but it was several months ago now.

It has only 1100 views and most are from the BBMX site and it was 1st posted there days ago. I think what you seen before was a small portion of this vid not this exact vid. But if you have it post it as maybe it was posted even earlier by someone else on Vimeo or another video host.

it has been posted before. On other forums. Pilot is Colin Guinn.

Gimbal is the DJI/Cineron gimbal. Not the Zenmuse.

It is all full size/turbine helo.

I'd love to get more info on it. But everyone is hush hush. I will club a baby seal for the full size "pro" version.

why no pictures of the gimbal?

That vid was posted on Vimeo a month ago. As rallymatt says, it's called cineron

That is the Commercial prototype version.

No idea on pricing on that.

The pre order for current DJIUSA.com and USA customers for the Zenmuse is up on our site.
