Here are some pics that I thought might intrest you. Carbon brake pads and rotor bracket. The bike is built loose with no threadlock. Im doing a total teardown and rebuild so I feel good about it. The crashback spring is very strong. No dissapiontments here total quality to the next level. The CNC parts are as nice as I have ever seen on this scale.

Did not know it had this and it makes a huge difference from hardest to softest

I spent the last 3 hours going through the 201 myself. Those forks are very nice. I will try nothing in them besides AE green Slim/grease. Though mine is the 201, it really is a nice bike. I also found that the fishing string brake line is not my first choice of material. So at your local fishing store they sale Berkley 15 lb. test steel leader material. Like 4 bucks for 15 yards. Very nice and also has a black plastic coating that makes it nice and smooth.

Ahhhh... Beautiful... This was the sort of stuff I was looking for...
Thank you very much Sir...

I use the same stuff for my brake cables also... Not a ZH though...

One thing I noticed that's impressive is that there is not any slack at any swivel point and no shims...its has perfect tolerances everywhere, i mean nothing, super tight, that I can appreciate. It may be awhile before i get this thing going, after this purchase i gotta take it easy for a bit, then again all I need are a couple of servos..I have no doubt that it will be an awesome bike..any suggestions on servos?

I have been useing high tec HS-5065MG digital servos in my ZH201 without any problems.
Do you think they will do a conversion kit from 201 to 203 ?

Do you think that head stock with the bigger bearings would fit into the old T-258 ? and is the bodywork the same ?
Thanks
Steve

I asked bruce the same question, his responce was more than likely not going to happen.

Body work is the same, and it looks to me the head stock will fit for sure. I dont see why it wouldnt. I need another set of forks. When bruce puts up the parts ill buy both the forks and head stock asap.

Yeah I need some new forks as my brake cables have almost worn through them, good news about the head stock as well. I asked about the bodywork as I think someone said it has more ground clearance, how is this done with the same body ? I would like to know how the belt drive holds up as well, keep us posted :)
Thanks
