No Chuck, but we're not at all surprised that you've seen it first ;)

The more of these I see from you, the more it smacks of a pact with Lucifer :D

Looks great, as all Horizon Hobby stuff does.

Approx. Flying Duration: 4-5 minutes

Looks great but I wish there was some way to make the finish dull not glossy. Just doesn't look quite right with a glossy finish. But really looks nice none-the-less :D

Gawd help me, it's lovely, but I surely hope that E-flite is smart enough to add the warning:

CAUTION: this aircraft is only for advanced pilots.

No matter how much simulator time you have, no matter how bright, enthusiastic or motivated you are, this is not a first-timer's plane! No...really, we mean it!

We specifically disclaim any and all liability for damage to the aircraft, property damage, or skewered pets or children in the event of a novice attempting to fly this aircraft.

A stunning looking bird, nice job!

Damn you E-Flite! How dare you come up with an affordable, beautiful version of my favorite jet fighter! Looks like I just found my Christmas present to myself!

Add to that:

THIS IS NOT A PARK FLYER, YOU WILL NEED A PAVED RUNWAY.

YOU WILL NEED A REGULAR, FULL SIZED R/C FLYING FIELD.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FLY THIS AT YOUR LOCAL BALL DIAMOND OR SPORTS PARK OR SCHOOL FOOTBALL/SOCCER FIELD

This is a for what its worth. I was with VF-101 out of Oceana Virginia with F4-Bs and Js during the 1969 through 1973 timeframe and all of the F4s for all the Squadrons were received from the PAR facilities were glossey but if you have to have it matt finish use artist matt finish spray. Do not use Krylon spray as it will blush just like spraying dope in wet weather. I've had excellent luck with artist matt finish spray from Hobby Lobby or Micheals. The first F-14s that came into the squadrons were gloss finished as well. ed

If this was the F4-E in Air Force colors my wife would make me buy one. She was a crew chief on one in the Air Force.

Just put three on order at GPA hobbies for the local jet guys. One is for me.

Looks cool. I got 2 flights in a RF4 in Okinawa and always had a love for this plane.

I still remember the smell of burning napalm after these guys flew by. Looks like a great model but maybe not for me.

Maybe someone can educate me on the color and pattern of this bird. Does it have both the american and Japanese symbols?
