I will have to say that I have never seen better quality repair work than that from Alvaro ! He is truly a master.....don't hesitate to contact him!!!

Alvaro re-painted the fuse on my 40% Duo Discuss and it is absolutely impeccable. It now looks better than new. If you need repair on expensive sailplanes I would use Alvaro without question.

We are really fortunate to have Alvaro in San Diego. He is meticulous and his finish is as good or better than the factory. The epoxy paint is really nice! He understands weight concerns on the extremities and he removes the old paint so there is little to no weight gain. Fear not if you have a bad afternoon or if you just want to pimp your ride, Alvaro is here!

P.S. If I screw up my plane I need to go to the head of the line!

This is good information to know. It really takes some skills to do good repairs. What filler does Alvaro use on dents and wrinkles? - Epoxy/microballoons, lightweight filler, or?

Alvaro does awesome work! I wish I had his skills.

I'll jump in and give a double thumbs up to Alvaro!

I have seen first hand several of his repair/paint jobs and they all turned out great.

Phil that Espada looks real nice... I see a few inverted, double loop hand catch landing in it's future. :D

Just don't let him FLY your plane... ;);)

Sorry Alvaro, I just had to throw that one in there ;)

And if he cheers you on for a beach run, think twice!!

"Lower, Lower"!!

Are we all having fun now?
But yes please do not let me fly your ship.....it might end up a different color (s) preferably in the pink / magenta range,
An ugly finish is just a little TLC away, thank you guys for all the "sweet notes" remember to go low if in doubt !

One last detail...if any of you want to learn the finish (paint only) end of the hobby just give me shout, it is not witchcraft.

I would have given you a fresh roll of duct tape and they would have been good to go!
