Seagull Models Supermarine Seafire

Has anyone else seen this? http://www.modelengines.com.au/view/...SGSEAFIRE.html

Looks great and I'd love to have a warbird in my hanger. I can't find any info when it will be available locally (Australia)?

It'd be waaaayy nicer of they would've put the aileron and flap serovs internal like all the hangar 9 birds

I just got an email from our local Seagull model supplier. They say it will hopefully be available by the end of the year.

Agree on the servo thing.

I believe it is a Mk XV.

Has anyone found out what the release date is on this model? I enjoyed putting together the Dewoitine, and I would like to get this one too.

Cheers,
Peter

aerophilia,
Have you any new news on the Seafire? I see Model engines website says coming soon, but I was wondering if you may have heard something more tangible?

Cheers,
Peter

It's had that message on their website from when I started the thread . Model Engines said that Seagull were bringing out quite a few new model, so there was a bit of a backlog. I've moved onto other things now (1/4 scale P-51 ). I'll ask for an update if you like.
