Cessna 400 Corvalis from Hype
Hype is offering the Cessna 400 Corvalis, available as a rtf or arf-version (donīt know if it will be available in north america). Have a look:

Looks kind of nice. It includes working three-step flaps, lighting-system (strobes, position lights, landing light). Even in the arf-version servos, brushless-motor and esc are included. Ordered one for 142 EUR, hope to get it before x-mas... ;)

Just to complete the info: they sell the rtf-version with a 2.4GHz tx:

Wow, so much response :o

Seriously, nobody got an opinion on that one??

Well, at least itīs one of the rare ARFīs with lighting-system and flaps. Not sure if thereīs plenty of them on the market?!

Maybe I will arouse some interest when itīs finally in my hangar and I can report whether itīs a deal or not...

Bye for now,

Columbia 400 aka Cessna 400 RTF and ARF w/ flaps and lights
Seems that the Cessna will arrive this year...got response from the shop. :D

Did you know that the full scale Cessna 400 was derived from the naturally-aspirated Columbia 300 which was itself derived from the Lancair ES kit?

Hi Rene,

I would like to know if you have already received your plane ?
(For the price I think its a bargain, isnt it?)

If so please post some pics (or video) to create interest.

I am interested by the way... I want one too !

I would image that nobody knows yet how good this plane looks and therefore less interest.

Also: How does it fly, is the foam-material any good ?

Watch out pilots, we are talking about this one:
