I have posted some pictures of the 1/16 LVTP7 that I just finished building over on the scale boat site. I used some of the parts from a Heng Long M-24 Pershing tank. It is all scratch built from 1/8 plywood.

I was going to ask how you kept the water out of the drive shafts. Then I spotted the bilge pump :) Nice looking craft :cool:

Some pics of the smoker parts, etc.
Works well. Pulls 1.8A @12V. 1-5/8' dia x 3" tall (without fan)
Will run about an hour per fill.
