I have a new kit on it's way and wondering how you guys set them up...

I have an FX-79 and it's awesome.... I would think that the X8 is very similar?

I got caught out with a seller buying one recently, but to be fair, AliExpress gave me a full refund.

It would be a crap shoot. Looks like they are trying to quit old stock - prices are very cheap and free shipping to NZ. Might give it a go just to see what happens - LOL. It is cool to see people still flying this old plane, it brings back memories

Put an electric motor with a folding prop on that, and you could fly it for 30 minutes instead of 30 seconds !!! The X8 is pretty efficient, I bet it would thermal.
