DAWn. Currently still waiting on an order from mid december (last trackable movement was 10 days ago from PPT Turkey, "Item forwarded to destination country" (Germany). Nothing so far. We've tried contacting RCTimer via email to ask if they knew which postal service would take over the shipment in germany, but received no response as of yet (2 days after we emailed them). Here's to hoping

mpjf01 My record for delivery (also from Netherlands) is 45 days. If you want it sooner pay extra for DHL and get it in 4 to 6 days.

marvsat I agree CS really poor still waiting for delivery to Australia after 3 weeks - singpost tracking number didn't work. Finally I found out item was coming from Netherlands??? Don't think I'll buy again from them. Post way too slow. LIFT YOUR GAME RCTIMER.

viperdad Ok.. I received my package.. Took 3 weeks of shipping to New York..

viperdad I see that I was not the only one who got bad Customer Service from RCTimer.

- When you ask them what is the ETA of your stuff, they will say check Singpost website, without them trying it first.
- Label created in Singpost do not necessarily mean that RCTimer already packaged it and brought it to Singpost. They just created the label so you will have a tracking number (which obviously not yet in Singpost). You have to wait for more than a week for them to package. Then the waiting for the shipping will start.

2$ Shipping?? IMO not worth it.

yosemitez have bought 8x4.5" Carbon Fiber CW CCW Propellers for years for year as i really liked how stiff the were. when i crashed i always broke the ccw props and i though it was just me. just opened up 4 pairs of the props and each ccw prop easily broke by the hub when bent, the cw do not. i now have 14 cw props!

will not buy these again, BEWARE!!

Kyndalag08 I realize this thread is a bit old.

RCTimer was paid a significant amount extra to express ship these items. Things are still "procesing" for over a week. I have given them 10(now 9) days to complete my order, or I will begin a dispute process. The gimbal I ordered is needed to get the bird I'm building airborne.

They've been "processing" longer than it took to get an ironman 1000 frame here from another vendor in China. I'm not going to play around, I run on slim margins as is....

Got my goods. And got a 20$ discount on a order for the dead oze32 I got.
But it needed a long dance with emails, forum and PayPal.
I will not be ordering any more from rctimer until they shape up their customer treatment. They really don't care about service as long as they got your money. It is a shame because they actually got good products. But when u don't give a shi# about the buyers it is simply not enough.

Mattksee Hello I RCTimer I am interested in placing a larger order. Shipping price to USA and Canada via DHL is the same price. Will you offer free shipping to Canada via DHL on orders over 1kg?

Oldgazer It took just over a month for my package to arrive. Despite the shoddy packaging (Who puts motors in a bubble wrap lined manila envelope?) the merchandise was undamaged.

Advice to RC Timer:

1. Be more communicative.
2. Find another shipper. Sing Post is the worst..
