Looked at the Wowhobbies case, but shipping made it too expensive. JAGHobbies has this one for $25. It is a bit smaller, but works with the 4#3 well. You have to cut the foam, but the bottom and sides are foam lined, and the lid has the foam egg crate material. When closed, just enough pressure to keep the TX from sliding, but not enough to damage the gimbals.
Walkera 4#3b double brushless!
Took a trip this weekend up to Columbus, OH for the Gathering of Mustangs and Legends
Was possibly the best airshow I have been to, bar none. I am guessing there were over 90 Mustangs there, out of the 150 that are still flying. Just amazing to see that many P-51's at one place! And it seemed like every 15 minutes, a few were taking off, or landing. There was pretty much a constant sound of Merlins in the air, except when the Thunderbirds were flying, or the F-22! Also, as a surprise, there was a Lancaster bomber there! They had the nice warbird pyro show, which was very nice as there was a : B17 flying, 2 B25's, the Lancaster, a P39, 2 P47's, a P38, and around 7 or so P51's. Seeing the Lancaster in the air was just awesome! The final flight of the day consisted of 21 Mustangs...21!!!! To see that many on the runway was nice! They did flyby's, the whole group, and I could imagine being at a Luftwaffe base, looking up in the sky, and seeing all those planes headed right for me! As a surprise, the whole group disappeared for a bit, then came head on towards airshow center, in a massive formation that said "51". I didn't get a shot of that, but a friend did. Soon as I get it, I'll post it. We went on Saturday, and I was told that Sunday (today) they were going to send 51 Mustangs of to spell "P51", but I'm not sure if that happened.

Got this from a fellow rcgrouper today. Stock Stryker. but it may be headed for brushless soon.
Bought this little RedWing from a user on here, and I gotta say it is a blast! Should be a very durable wing, all EPP construction, and a 27" span. Has a Astro Flight 010 motor, I believe a Castle 9amp ESC, and a 3c 1100 LiPo. It is very quick, but not too fast. Got 5 flights on it so far, and getting about 12-15 minutes per flight. If anyone is interested, you can get the kit @ polecataero.com

In the hanger...
In the hanger I have a E-Sky Lama2, Parkzone Slo-V setup to do aerial photography, Hobbico SkyFly, and of course a Aero Ace.
I'd say the Lama and Aero Ace are the most fun to fly, with the SkyFly and Slo-V very relaxing.

What's on the tarmac
Currently flying a ITC B2 Stealth Spirit. What a hoot! And a challenge! Soon as I get the CG right, it will really fly. I think, if the radio range was better, it would thermal quite well (provided you could get it to altitude).
