We have a set of wings for my friends mojo 65. It took me a little bit longer than I thought it would. These also have a tube but for some reason I didn't get any pics of it. Only thing left for the wings are the ailerons. Complete build pics are on my blog....Continue Reading

So 2 days ago I started on a mojo 65 for a friend of mine. So far the build has been very easy. The plans are great and very detailed although I rarely needed to look at them. The fuse is pretty much done. All that is lacking is the wing supports and a good sanding. Next on to the H stab and Elevator.

So after a couple of months piddling around with this thing, I finally finished my second TufFlight bouncer. I did it in the red, white and blue Sbach scheme. It's got a st10 motor, hitec 65mg servos, 35 amp esc and running 1600 mah 3s lipos swinging a 11x3.8 prop.

5th flight today.

I was able to get some new video of the sbach 65. The DLE 20 is starting to come around and I'm getting more confident with the engine and the slab. The DLE 20 is pulling it around pretty good. Check out my other blogs for build details.

Holy S#*$! This is one great slab. Ron Wilson you designed one awsome plane. DLE 20 is running great. A little trim here and there and it was flying inverted hands off. By the third flight I was hovering on the deck. The day was cloudy and a bit breezy. Sorry guys no video but I did get a few pics. No flight pics though as I was all alone. Check out my other blogs to see complete build.

I also put the maiden on a old school Jeff Williams Extra.

More on the Sbach 65 profile build. I went with Hobby King covering on this one. This stuff is very close to Ultracote. It's easy to work with, and uses pretty low heat. I really like it. i've got most of the covering done. Just a few odds and ends to finish up.The blue is actually darker than what's in a couple of pictures. Check out my other blogs to see complete build.

I got some more done on the Sbach 65. Actually it's getting close to being all framed up. Fuse is pretty much done except I've gotta add the extra in the nose for the dle20. I also moved the tail servos up one notch. It my help some or maybe not? I heard some of these are a little tail heavy. Ailerons are done too. I've had no hicups so far on this build. I've ordered the covering from HK last night

This is another Ron Wilson design. Basically a scaled up version of the Sbach 35 in my other build. I started working on the 65 last thursday. I took the weekend off from building since I had to go out of town. Right now my plans are to power it with a DLE 20. I'm gonna go with HK covering, and plan on using power hd servos. Since the daughter started college, funds are kinda low so I'm trying to stick to a budget. Two bottles of ca later I have a set of wings. These somebitches are very strong. Only thing I did different is to make my own hatches just a little bigger that stock. The last pic is of my 70 AJ wing and the 65 wing.
