I created another powerbus for adding chargers to my fleet without precariously placing alligator clips right next to each other. This is the second one I made; The other one uses aluminum angles, not copper wires. I'm giving this one to my aviation club so we can charge a mess of batteries at once. It's not the prettiest, but it works.

The newest powerbus. This one is headed to school for the kiddies.
The ends are secured using screw eyes. I used a large nylon control horn (cut down and drilled) to attach the power plug
The rails in middle are held in with 2 inches of piano wire bent as a staple, and glued in place.
