Electronics are mounted. Home made motor mount, elevons and what not. Still have to bury some wires and other things, then start the covering. Its getting there.

Here are some pics of my latest project during the interfacing process. Its a Super Fly that, with any luck, will go over 100mph on 4S lipo and an inrunner. We'll see. More pics will be posted after the covering is on and motor mounted etc...

Well, bad news for me. Had a wing fail in flight on the OS 50 powered Lark X. Needless to say, the flight ended rather soon after the wing decided to part company with the fuse. Heres the carnage. Fixable, just frustrating.

Maiden crashes with the super flea that was donated to us when we were deployed last year. Awesome little plane.

Here is the Tazz with Kristy and a couple pics of it over in Iraq. Thanks to Greg Covey, and all the companies that donated the Tazz and all the related electronics to me while I was in Iraq.

Please feel free to comment on anything. Im always interrested in hearing what you all have to say. Especially about the planes I designed/built. If they suck, tell me so! If their cool, tell me so!!

If you want plans... well, sorry, I dont know how nor do I really have time while Im in flight school to do them! I will give you basic dimensions and instructions though. Just ask!

This thing will scream along at around 100mph +/-. LOTS of fun! Has a Typhoon 3W inrunner on a 3S TP lipo. Not bad for a $30 plane!

This is a little EDF delta from Ohio Combat. Its a beta test version. Neet little plane, havent got to fly it yet due to a stripped junky servo on the test glide.

I used the interfacing method on this one... MAN is it stiff!!!

Here is my Mini BOP from Edge RC with the first covering job, then what it looks like now. Thanks go to my wife, Kristy, for holding it in the picture! Nice video of it too. Love that Hacker motor!

This one my wife, Kristy, designed and built. Really good flyer, just needed a lighter power system. We ended up giving it to a buddy to put a motor on it and do some flying.

Wanted to make a big plane one day, so I came up with this thingy. Wing span was just short of 7 feet. Nice flyer, just ended up being way too slow for me. I guess I cant do the glider type plane thing, I need the rush of speed and insane roll rates!

Figured I would make a boat one day just to see if I could from FFF. Slapped on a mean 3 turn brushless with a 5x5 prop. Check out the video and you be the judge. Plus you get to hear my 4 year old talkin to mom about "Catapults". Quite cute.

Here is a little jet I designed. Flew great but didnt live long due to numb thumbs. Oh well, maybe I'll build another one day.

Decided I needed another Formosa, for some reason the wife didnt agree . So, I bought this slope glider and built and covered it. Power is from a Himax 2816 outrunner and a Phoenix 25. Even put retracts on this one. Now the wife likes it.

I kinda have a thing lately for the yellow/checkers theme... getting a little Taxi lookin though. Time to switch it up some on the next plane.
