Hello everyone if your having problems conneting PL2303 Prolific Driver Installer v130 in windows 7 you have a counterfeit adapter
lucky i had two one for my fy 31ap , driver would not work( came with fake chip set in serial converter), the other fy3zt worked great ! ... after an hour of googling ...
