Just wanted to show motor differences between 2 versions of the same Turnigy motor. The one on the left is the new version and old one is on the right. With a 10 inch prop the old one would pull around 21 amps the new one pulls 28 amps. This ended up costing me a plane and some hardware. Never take anything you buy from hobby king at face value. TEST EVERYTHING!!!!

BTW... Can you tell what one was put together by one armed monkeys?

My nose hair trimmer cranks out more power!!!! What a miss advertized piece of junk. 450g of thrust my @22. Total waste of money. Maybe pulling 230 grams of thrust.

Decided to test the motor. Simple DT delta ( 2 hour quick build ). Turnigy Esc. Orange RX. 2 5gram servos. EDF unit with thrust tube. Turnigy nano tech 850. Plane wieght 280 grams. Equipment alone - 181 grams. So thats under 100 grams of foam and tape. The video was at full throttle for most of it. Power was pathetic at best. Not something I want to fly with. Maybe a homemade hover craft for the grand kids. Nightstone

Here is a new build I put together in the last 2 days. Its not quite ready to fly yet but it should be in a day or two.

Anyways... Its my version of a pusher. I put a small 15" wing on the bottom of the fuse and added booms to it. Then put the main 40" wing up top. Kinda of a half Bipe pusher design. This could easily be used for a push pull with 2 motors. Or 2 side by side motors. water version would be easy too with the electronics up top.

Will post flight vid once i do the maiden...
