Episode 14 of the RC Foam Show (RCFS)
A 30'' pink foam flying wing glider that I built. It does fly, by the way... However it doesn't really glide the way that I wanted it too. More testing to come with flying wing gliders, though. Stay tuned and please subscribe if you haven't already!
My design for a cardboard DLG. It flies OK when I did the "dry" test (no electronics), however it takes too much front weight to get it to fly right. This makes it too heavy for a DLG anyways, so this one is not going to be flown. I may still work on it though.
RCFS#13: Quick Tip! Keep Servos Clean and Ready for Your Next Build!
Yes, on that last clip the battery did come out of the velcro strap and was hanging from the plane. Sorry about the minimal flight footage, it's super hot out today so flying conditions weren't perfect. The plane does a roll before it actually starts flying (when I first launch it). I think that it's pretty cool how it does that... I'll work on the plane to see if I can get it to launch and fly longer.

Watch the video to learn how much I spent at my LHS for some electronics for a 3D foamie. The parts and electronics in the video are GOOD quality, TRUSTED products that will not fail or die out easily. See about how much it would cost to get the same stuff from HK.
The whole point of me building this foamy is so that it will last a long time. So, I bought some quality stuff to go with it. Peace of mind.

Finally getting CamStudio to work better with my computer (less lag in the video). In this flight I'm practicing some 3D with the ClearView SE Extra 330S 3D foamie model. ClearView SE is available for download at:
