The Schwing has a new propeller (8x4 sport instead of 8x3.8 slow-fly) and a new battery generously donated to the RCFS by baddb1 on RC Groups, who also gave me the motor and ESC for the Schwing. So the Schwing is really half his, LOL!
Flies great but the wind certainly was messing things up. No crashes on this flight though!
Lots of stuff going on in the RC Foam Show workshop and DJO Productions studio lately! I'm certainly looking forward to receiving the Hercules and then building a 3DHS model in the future when I get the money to!
My edit from most of the footage that I got in South Dakota from last week while on vacation! Enjoy! NO video stabilization used in the clips for this edit, it's basically all raw footage! I'm learning to hold the camera steady.
I just found three pretty decent slopes in my area. I quickly converted my Schwing back to a slope soarer (the battery for the motor/ESC is LOST in the woods!). I got it stuck in a tree, got the plane out but can't find that battery, so I have to use the 2S RX pack with BEC and I can't use that with the motor/ESC so I made it a slope soarer again. And I may try out those two slopes that I mentioned!
