I was given the parts to build this Hexacopter , thanks Bob ! . I got it together last week and have been working on the programming . I finally got it flying well a few days ago. It takes a BIG BATTERY I'm going to be using a 10000 ma 4 cell on It to get a solid 8 min of mixed flight time . At least thats what ecalc says well see next week. Right now I'm paralleling 2 old 4000 packs for 5 min flights. It's fun at night the lights make it look like a UFO . The red is the front and the training gear helps to orient the back of the copter when flying it around.

The quad was built with parts I got on a trade for a Chipmunk ARF thanks Matt! This thing Flys great on a 3 cell pack. I was having the plastic props snap so I spent the cash on these carbon props , they are really nice they each came packed in their own draw string bag lol. No problems with them and they sounds better too. Again the red is the front and the training gear is the back and helps when flying it around to orient it. The lights help a lot with orientation too. I have a fat shark 5.8 TX on this with a 700 camera for fpv.a I usually just give other people rides on it. I did go out to the woods and fly 3 packs through it with the goggles on a few weeks ago; it was fun following the trails i don't know how the fpv racers do it them must practice a lot to get as good as the videos i watch on you tube.

I picked this up here on RC groups last week it needed some minor covering repair and then I decided to put a winch in the nose so I diddn't have to worry about using a bridal and killing it on the line. I put in a geared Neu motor spinning a 13x9 prop on 3 cell 2200 with an ice 75 ESC . The servos are digital spectrums I put them in where the bridal hooks went in the wings and the rudder servo is set into the fuse at the back . The balance was right on with the equipment installed and It flys great !! Thanks for the help on the maiden Jay.
Got out the spray paint this weekend and had some fun . I was worried about orientation but with the tall tail it's not a problem even at the limits of my vision. Still working on the eyes thinking angry bird.

This is my new 157 inch RES toy .Ed did a great build ,it has the powerline 1025 geared motor spinning a 16x8 prop on a 3 cell pack. Its on a button and 10 second motor runs get it up over 600 feet. It can turn on its wing tip its a fantastic flyer.

Recovered this big guy for a fellow flyer a while back; I diddn't want to take it apart before he did a post mortum so I just duct taped it to the front of my truck for the drive back. It got some looks lol.

I got this from Uncle George a while back and converted it to electric; it flew ok but not great .....soooo I pulled all that out and put in a DLE 20 gas engine in ! ( thanks Bunkey). Now it flys great!! it has plenty of power ,it will go vertical and hover as well as knife edge, its much better this way. The assembly at the field is still a bit of a PITA but it's worth it now.

This is a fantastic combination . Its an E pike fuse (thank you Bud ) and a bagged Supra wing from William Lipscomb. It uses a geared neu spinning a 16 inch prop on 3 cells 3300 pack with an ice light 200. ( thanks to Josh for the ice 200 info blow out pricing on this ).
The power system is a bit overkill but I needed the weight to balance and it will still thermal all day.
