Forney Fliers flying in Forney TX, at the "North Forney High School" North east parking lot. We have grown to 33 of us. We meet Thursday nights at 7:00 in the summer time. We also fly Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM till it gets too hot or the wind picks up. This is not a club, used to do that, can't stand the power struggles that happen in clubs. Come out and join us. I'm an instructor there. I can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org. Text or call 214.893.7277. Half of us fly nitro, because its all open land, and no one complains. Our landing strip is a 250 ' x 500' parking lot, with halogen lights at the perimeter to fly at night, which we have done. We do paratrooper drops, and fly with lights in the planes on Thursday nights. We also do spot landings in boxes with tape perimeters.
Anyone is invited, no fees, just have fun.
