I took the MSDS for MGS Epoxy + Fast and Slow hardeners and interpolated intervening row values for additional ratios. Times are all approximate but the ratios are precise. Here's also the technical data-sheet for MGS 335.

My vacuum pump/chaimber setup uses a Barksdale D2H-18SS wired in with two 1-10s timer relays. I simply adjust the timers to control the deadband, allowing me two "set" vacuum levels, both with independant deadbands. This also lets me run the whole thing at 120v and not have to mess with transformers.

I tried forever to figure out how to do it with a relay, but gave up. Here's a simple explination and diagram of how to do it. Maybe I'll put re-wiring my rig on the 'when I get a chance' list
